Need forks for 71 CL175

I have a set for sale. One of the mounting points for the front fender is broken and the upper portion of the tubes (not the travel area) have some light pitting but otherwise they are in good condition. I'll try and get a pic up later and if you want them you can make me an offer.
 
I am interested, my lower legs appear to be good. Think I just need some nice straight tubes.
I was hoping to pay under $70.00 including shipping.
Let me know if that seems fair to you.
