Names Richie, Im building a 1983 Honda Goldwing GL1100. It sat in a buddie of mines garage and he asked me if I wanted to build him a cafe bike. I have built about 4 bobbers in my little home garage and never tried a cafe. Im pretty stoked to get this build started and see waht comes of it. I have been reading a "TON" lol on this site and like it very much. Im sure itll come in handy the further I get into the build. Ill put up some before pics and pics of the build as I go. Hope you like.!!!
 
I'm sure if you hit a snag one of our buddies on here, JRK is always more than helpful. You should look for the couple of goldwings that he built. Beautiful machines they are. I'll see if i can't find the links and post them up for you. By the way welcome to one of the most diverse and accepting forums i have ever had the pleasure to be a part of. I hope you'll feel the same way.
 
for sure bud... welcome. i used to only check out the bikes that were similar to mine but realized i was doing myself a disservice but not taking in all the variety and quality that this site has to offer. cafe gold wing sound NUTS and awesome. good luck. my gal is from kentucky and i would love to take my bike on some of those looooong back roads we drove through. show off some of the bobbers you did too. we are all suckers for pics. welcome again!
