DOHC is correct. There is really zero way for anyone here to accurately provide you with a cost estimate for rebuild without putting in a bit of inspection/inventory time with the motor in person.
This much I can tell you. At one point, the cb350 was nearly the most mass produced motorcycle in the world. The sold around (iirc) 300k in North America alone. Parts are not difficult to come by. Whether it's NOS, aftermarket ot used, the market is awash with cb350 parts.
