This lift was on sale for $288.00 reg $499.00. This makes working on the old girl soooo nice. It's a bit pricey even at the sale price but a quality piece of equipment.
...Right after all the parts I've bought in the past month... Might just build a table with a nice long ramp or a couple buddies to do the lifting. :-\
Man I really need to move to the 'burbs so I have room for something like that. I'd go buy one today, but with a 12x20 one car garage with:
Honda Civic
BMW R75
Yamaha XS650
Yamaha Vino
2 Bicycles
Kids bike
wagon
bike trailer
buffing wheel on a stand
drill press on a cart
boxes of motorcycle parts
etc...
Don't know where I'd put it. Does the foot pedal for the hydraulic jack come off? Looks like a real ankle biter.
BTW that's an excellent garage setup. Definately like the huge cabinet wall (s)... We'll be re-modeling the garage now right after we finish the basement / after christmas. Will def be looking into something similar...
Although even in a clean space like that I'm sure it doesn't take long for a list like tintin's to pile up.
For storing it, (see pic #4)...the bench with all the milk cases is the same width x lenght as the lift. The lift rolls underneath the bench when I'm not using it.
