So I've swapped out my taillight again my CB500 again, but this time I can't get my running light to stay on. There's only 3 friggin wires and I've made sure they're all connected with their correct connection. I've swapped out bulbs, taillight housings, and just about everything I can think of. At this point, I can only assume there's a faulty connection somewhere.
I suspect it's my grounding wire, and all though it's just exposed wire, it has worked just fine up until now. I simply wrap the exposed wire around a bolt and tighten it down between a washer and a bolt...hope that makes sense.
It started going in and out and now it won't come on at all. The brake light works just fine. It's just the running light. Also, all connections from the brake light housing to the wires under the seat are well connected. Maybe it's loose else where? But where?
Any help would be appreciated.
