Just got back from Len's Mill Store here in Waterloo. That place is stuffed full of selection!! Just about any colour you want in vinyl and quite a few different marine vinyls. They also carry foam, didn't check it out, but just figured I would mention it. Ebay couldn't beat the price by the time shipping, customs and hassle were added on. They are an excellent source. I go to the one in Guelph. Good selection of foam in a variety of densities from soft right up to almost wooden. I used some of their foam for my seat. I also have some of their marine vinyl that is very good quality( didn't end up using it on my seat - maybe I'll make myself some lederhosen for next Octoberfest )
