Throttle cable cross reference?

I put Honda 125 hand controls on the gs850 I am building. Unfortunately the GS850 has a rather large nut that screws into the back of my hand controls. I'm thinking of just having motion pro make a custom cable for 35$, but before I do is there anywhere to cross reference throttle cable sizes? Any honda with a similar length should do the trick.

Edit: Wow, meant to put this in engines not electrical. Mods?
