torx bits quick question

Does anyone know if tamper resistant torx drivers will work on regular torx screws? The tamper resistant just have a small hole drilled in the center so they should work, right? I'm going to order a new set of them and figure I may as well spend the extra few dollars for the tamper resistant if they'll do the same job as the non-tamper resistant.

LOL I had those on my MAF so I just used vicegrips and replaced with regular screws. Not so tamper proof. I would do the same though just so you have em if needed.
