using forward controls as rear sets?

i found a set of forward controls for a cb750 brand new for $100 bucks... i was wondering if anyone has used these as rear sets... with these work?

it was in a guys garage... i went to go look at a pile of parts and he had them there... they were the TC brothers ones... like these

i orginally had a set of old sporty f controls that i was going to make work but they ended up being a pain in the ass so i went with GSXR

thats a little different than the tc bros forward controls. Im sure they could work. ow much does he want for them
