what brake FLUID!!!

sup guys... so i have completely blead out my lines... i am not sure what fluid to use... anyone see any issues running dot 5? my lines are clean so i dont have to worry about a mix of the DOt 4 (or 3) that was in there... any issues anyone can think of doing this?
Dot 5 is just a better fluid that lasts longer...
ill see what the manual calls for when i get home

You will need to clean everything out/off, as you can't mix DOT 5 with 3 or 4.

I've had DOT5 in for years.
My bike even sat for about 10 years, and the brakes still worked when I got her out of storage.

When I put a GSXR rear MC on, I switched the rear over to DOT3, but still have the DOT5 in the front.

yes sir i blew out the lines really well then replaced it all with DOT 5, blead them last night and they are working great!

If there are any issues with seals, DOT 5.1 is safer since it is compatible with DOT 3 and 4.
