What Next?

Now that my 71 T250 is just about finished (and will be put up for sale just as soon as Penn DOT sends me my title), it is time for a new project. I originally had my heart set on a Suzuki GS750 Cafe' Racer (possibly with a GSX 750 Katana engine) or a GS1000/1100 Cafe' Racer, but now I am being drawn towards CX Hondas. What says the list?

That is what I am leaning toward. I originally wanted a café bike with power similar to that of my 89 GSX750 Katana (got it in a trade, but really don't want it), but I have become captivated with the look of the CX
