I'm about to drop it off the center stand, and remove it because it won't clear the ground
But I see this, and I don't know what the hell it is for. Something bolts to it, I think, but what? I'm afraid that I need it up to put back, but once it's down, it's down without a hand to lift it back up.
So what is this? #2
