I have a custom made tank that needs a cap, and after much research, I cannot find anything suitable. Can anyone identify what type of cap I need and where to get it? Photos should follow.

That needs a bayonet fuel cap. You'll probably have to find the right one with the right measurements, but bayonet is your style to search on the interwebs.
