Why won't it stay running?!?!

I have just finally got this bike back together and started for the first time yesterday. When I started it yesterday the right cylinder seemed to be starving for fuel and today it sounds like the left cylinder is. Please help me out.

both carburaters have been throughly clean at the beginning of this week. All jets and ports are clear and flowing. The points seem to be installed and set correctly but I don't know for sure. I'm just not sure where to start and I'm hoping by watching and listening to the video someone will have had this issue themselves.

Please ask me anything, I need help haha

Thank you
Josh

Ok I tired opening the fuel cap it did nothing. I checked my point gap and it was well in tolerance. I checked the timing and it was retarded quite a bit so I set that to spec on the LF and F timing marks with a test light. I double check the spark plug gap and its .030.

After all this I put it back together and turned the choke on and it wouldn't start so I turned the choke off and it started and ran semi smooth for about 10 seconds. I tried to restart and it would only run poorly for a couple seconds. I then tried to adjust the pilot screw in and out with no better turn out so I just set it at 1.5 turn out from full closed. I tried adjusting the top screw in and out with no luck as well.

What could this be?!?!

Even when it started the first time and ran semi smooth I was still experiencing a random miss on the right cylinder.

I'm going to check the timing chain tensioner and make sure its set I will let you know what happens.

Any ideas please don't hesitate to tell me I'm pretty deperate. lol

Thanks guys
Josh

Let me say first, its very hard to diagnose from a movie. Is the engine overhauled/been opened?
Do you run pods or stock airbox? The starvation you talk about could be caused by running pods and not upping the jets (air/fuel mixture is off), resulting in this kind of behaviour. How are your plugs? White, brown or black/wet?

White = poor, to much air (VERY BAD FOR ENGINE)
brown is ok
black = rich, to much fuel

i once cleaned the carbs of a twin and in the process switched the sliders from left to right..
Found out by going per manual troubleshooting.
