WTB: CL/CB 350 twin luggage rack

A lot of people seem to yank these off when doing a cafe conversion. My bike is a K3 and the correct rack has mounts that go under the upper tail light bolts and the shock mounts, but I'll consider any style that fits the 350 twins properly.
Price depends on condition.

Ideally, I'd like one like this, with these types of attachment points.

Is the backrest part removable? Where else does it attach other than the shock mounts?

Looks like it attaches at the shocks and the turn signals. The backrest has two bolts that are tacked on. Could easily be ground and removed.
