CB550 Cafe Racer ..... It is finally done

Hey guys here is a photo of the tail light (running light),

the taillight is from http://www.radiantz.com/index1.html?c16.html&1, It is a duel element red and orange 100 led light. You can brake the connection every 5 LED's, my turn signals are 35 LED's on the left and same for the right. All I did was scratch off the connection each side 35 leds then ran another wire for the left turn signal.

you have to run a 33 ohm resistor for the red power and a 33 ohm for the left turn signal and a 33 ohm for the right turn signal, they are 4 dollars each from radiantz and 2 dollars for 5 at radio shack. For the running and brake light, the brake wire has to be down river of the resistor so that power does not go through the resistor.

Thank you very much sir,

Nice bike, and +1000 points for putting mirrors under your bike at the show. I know I'd never do that ;) They'd be covered in oil and crud minutes into it.

Thank you Tim, It is only like that because that was the first night it was done. I hope it will be like that in a few days once the owner takes it.

It was a beautiful day out so I decided to get some photos of it. Here it is downtown Wichita.

man if you produce those in kitform i'll be first in the q to but one from you.

it looks like the radiendz led tail light strip, thats what i was going to use on mine. i have not seen anybody use it in a cafe bike yet. it looks sweet though.

Awesome, man. And peel and stick on the light!?!? Fuck... information I could have used last week! Oh well...

Thanks guys, Yep the light is just stuck on with double sided tape. It is a huge pain to get off, if you have ever dealt with nice tape adhesives.
I am in the works of making a short film for it and hope to have it on the web soon.

If you guys want me to draw up a quick wire diagram I can, here is the video I got my inspiration from. Some people said it can not be done but it can.
