Got the frame sandblasted and primed so all i need to do is add some black enamel...

There was a small but annoying cosmetic dent on the frame that i filled in with filler, sanded and re-primed.

Got the seat unit fabricated a local bike smash repair shop in Canberra.

Its a fibreglass unit mated to a stock seat base. Means i can swap them over in about 2 seconds and no need to modify the frame

I am stoked with it and cant wait till its padded and upholstered.

I thought all japanese bikes had a tach ratio of 2240:60 — have you tried yours out yet? I have a kz750 and I'm looking to get some smaller guages and don't want to buy the wrong ones.

dude i would rock either a flat gold with high gloss stripes or heavy flake gold with flat stripes... either way would make it pop! i can dig it man looking awesome
