I found the problem or should I say the solution. The the tank breather was rusted shut and was not breathing. I cleaned it and verified the proper function. I also turned the petcock to where the two outputs were level. This made the flow two both carburetors even and the flow was even better...

Redbird The clear lines are killing me but air bubbles would be great to see, how about a small trickle(that all i get when running)! The breather vents on the carbs are clear. I will also do the open line test tonight also. Its a great idea.

Find the millimeter of the outside diameter and get another type filter as I have! By the way any change will possibly cause a leaner condition and a possible change in jetting, but maybe only a small adjustment in the fuel screw if at stock setting. I payed only $15.00 per pod. :)
