1976 CB550K Simplified Wiring Harness Questions

Hey guys, I am trying to rebuild my wiring harness and going for the more simplified "bare-bones" idea. No turn lights, horn, gauges, switches, etc... I have attached a modified wiring diagram and I wanted to run it by the community to see what needs to be changed or altered. When I bought the...

    Taillight wiring issues

I purchased my 1976 Honda CB550 from a guy about 10 months ago. The guy had made the CB into a bobber by removing the rear fender and seat, and taking a metal fender from another bike and installing a solo seat. The tallights that were installed were bullet style lights with one wire coming out...

Can you flip headlight mounting sleeves? 76 CB550

Hey, my name is Matt and I'm from Georgia. I have a couple projects, but the main one is my 1976 Honda CB550. I intend to turn this into a cafe, but it has quite a ways to go. This is how I bought it. The previous owner was making it a bobber. This is how I rode it for the past year. And...

Nevermind... I checked the pictures on the website and it seems like these rearsets will have plenty of clearance with his exhaust... Put me down for a set!

    DIY Rearsets......

Do you know if these will work with the passenger peg mounts on a 1976 CB550 with Carpy's 4-1 exhaust? If so you can count me in for a set! The reason I ask is I just ordered Carpy's exhaust a few days ago before I spotted these, so I have no way of checking on clearance at this point...
