    Parting out 78 CB550k

I also have the original bottom end (rods on down, clutch trans etc) that came with this frame from japan...

Re-Using cycleX mls head gasket... and o-rings?

anyone done this? How did it go? Also - they say the usually leaky oem o-rings on the cb550s that always need replacing on a top end job are not needed with their gasket (they have "bosses" = built up areas of the head gasket where the orings would go). Wondering if anyone has had good luck...

Dual bung, hand made in India, ordered for a bike I restored/built for a friend but he ended up choosing to go with more stock/traditional look so I am now helping him sell this off for his cost. It's nice at 5+ feet distance (eyesight dependent)... It is not perfect like the ones made in the...

I Need a cb650 Carb body pd50b, #4 Bought a rack of these carbs. Pilot screw was frozen.cross-threaded by PO. cb360 gauges $25 plus $10 to ship

In perfectly usable shape ... with the usual rust and stuff that is easily cleaned off. I would say these are like 7 outta 10. You could remove the rust, paint the bodies etc and they'd look quite fine.

Slipstream Cycle Works Honda CB500F/550F Rear Sets

I've tried rearsets back there. And I am 5'8" and I hated it. I felt like I was trying to be Rollie Free (although with pants on). What worked better was to get a set of mountain bike stems and bolt those on the down tube just in front of the rear passenger peg mounts. I then fit, drilled and...

    1978 Honda CB550F Part Out!!

Hi: How about the seat pan (I don't need the seat cover or what is likely to be completely terrible bug infested foam -- as it was on my cb500). Just need a clean/straight stock metal pan and hinge and spring-dick-latch part.
