Cutting my exhaust off and adding pods???

There are tons of resources out there for rejetting carbs. Since you only have a single carb, it is a much easier task. First, find out what your stock jet sizes are. A little googling will tell you that. Find out as much as you can about your carb. Then I'd suggest going to a forum specifically...

    Honda Fuel Tank

Does anyone know if a Honda Rebel 250 fuel tank will fit on a Honda Nighthawk 250 frame? Or does anyone know of a place where I could get a smaller tank that would fit a 250 Nighthawk?

I really like your fish bike idea. I just got a GoPro and was trying it out. That was the first time I used it and I didn't change any of the settings.

Here are a few photos of my bike with the new bars and things. The only major thing I have left to do is give it a nice paint job. I'm also keeping my eye out for something to do with the battery to make it look a little cleaner. Other than that, I'm pretty much done working on this bike, for...

JUNE 2012 DO THE TON BIKE OF THE MONTH - NOMINATIONS

I would also vote for VonYinzers' bike, but he's a Steelers fan. It's still a sick bike, though. :)

I got new bars, brake and clutch levers, throttle and foot pegs from DCC earlier this week. I'll post some pics this weekend of all that good stuff. I'm thinking of doing the ally and bolts battery box, but does anyone else have any other neat things they have done for a battery box?

New Member: Time for my first bike, looking at at CB350

As others have pretty much said, you should avoid this entire situation. The no title issue alone is enough of a hassle to stay away from this bike. With no carbs, tank or exhaust, the bike can't have been started recently. Something like this, in my opinion, is far too complicated and way too...

I don't plan on doing any side covers, but I'm keeping my eye out for something cool I can use as a battery box. I may just end up making one. Those pipes don't have any baffles, pretty much just headers. I like 'em loud :)

Thanks man. I'm not a huge fan of the tank either. I was thinking of getting one of those smaller alien tanks or something. It works for now though. I also want to do something with the paint other than cliche flat black. I've been riding the bike while working on it, so I wanted to have...

Yea, I didn't take any good shots of it, sorry. Thanks for taking the time to explain that to me, though.

I guess I didn't word the question correctly. I know I need to have some type of crossbar. I was talking about the brace that is under the tubing where the shock mounts. I'm not going to take the frame any shorter than the factory welded crossbar. Thanks for the advice though.

Here is a photo update of my bike so far. I got new shocks from DCC which lowered it the perfect amount. I'm waiting on new bars, so I decided to flip my stock ones. I thought some people on here might like this look since it is closer to cafe style. It was a pain getting the throttle to not...

    What's wrong with this picture?

I had some type of critter make a nest and chew up a wiring harness in my car earlier this year. Cost me $240 to fix.

    What's wrong with this picture?

This is all damage from the PO. Just wanted to make that clear. I don't know if it ever got an oil change between 1981 and now. From the look of it, I'd agree that it had been lubricated with sand. The cam shaft was ruined. The lobes were ground flat on one side. It was horrible. The bike...

Can anyone see the problem here? How are those rocker arms? Are the bearing races still good?
