well, after a long hiatus i'm back to build another... My last was a kz400, so this is a bit more mainstream. I realize that some may cry foul at not restoring a bike like this and going custom, but... Here it is in the beginning - this will be a slow project... Also - watch the for sale...

sorry - been away for a while. If you check the build thread - you will see two 6v lighting batteries wired to 12v under the seat.

kz400.com and the kawi twin forum off that site, as said earlier, have all you need to learn! FYI - bikes close to the same until 77. at 78 they get weirder.

thanks. the bar is combo running/brake, the license frame has the turn signals. Worked great until I lost the rectifier/regulator and fried them.. blew every bulb and resisitor wired in the frame, front signals, headlight, etc etc etc..

so - I gave him a case of high life and a bottle of jameson's. He was pleased and brought me spare motors and parts! I like my neighbor. He says when I am done with these, he'll bring me the chappy that's out at the shop! j
