Ive been running these pods for a while with stock jetting and shorty muffler, everything seems to be fine. plugs looks good. I decided not to use the covers, because I might lose them. Its a little wobbly without those pieces I guess.

I got the uni pods for my cb350 and Im trying to install the side covers on, the problem is it doesn't feel very secure, Id hate to lose it while riding. The pods where suppose to come with these washer and rubber pieces. Do they work by holding the rod in place? mine didn't came with the pieces...

Ya that much I figure. So Im guessing when re installing (gasket already crushed) after hand tight a snug tight turn with a wrench would suffice?

see that's the problem, initially I didn't have a problem torquing 15 lb ft it or 1/2 a turn. Now after reinstalling the plugs not even 1/4 of a turn feels like im stripping the threads it would feel like i have to put all my body weight just to be able to torque it to come close to go 1/4 turn...

I have the manual for the cb350 and I tried looking for it but could not find the proper torque spec number. All I can find is this

what clear coat did you use on the tank and how is it holding up? I hear yellowing and clear not adhering properly to bare metal.

So non of the lights turns on too? I have a similar problem, the horn and starter wont work but everything else does, so my guess would be grounding on the handlebar, but then I wiggled the wiring inside the headlight bucket and it fired up so its possibly loose wiring in there.
