Check the wiring on you right hand controls where the kill switch is.

Your throttle cables need to go over the headlight, down the left side of the frame through the hole by your coils, and then attach to the carbs.

make sure all of your grounds are good too.

Make sure all of your connections are good, before digging into your relay. If your signals worked before changing them, double check all of your connections.

Thanks. Thats what I figured, Its just seems like the SS has a larger tank than a 500k so I figured that wasn't an option.

I just picked up a 76 CB550 Super Sport, it came equipped with a massive King and Queen seat. Any of you know what stock seats would fit? Other than the same year and model. They seem to be hard to come by.

Did someone snag the seat? Do you know if it will fit a 76 550?

Thats a rather broad statement. A persons enthusiasm for building a cafe bike may lead them to make some mistakes. I just don't think you can compare that to the business world. But what do I know I'm probably just "Doing" and not thinking about it.
