thanks! i plan on a strap of sorts. just getting her on the road for now. the exhaust is changing to a 2-1 configuration, i havent ordered it yet. the shifter shaft is of my own creation. its the old one cut off, ill probably order a new one when i tear it down again for paint.

well yall... ive been pretty busy as of late. i built a back section to hold the battery that failed miserably. so now after testing a few ideas, this is what ive come up with so far. its a work in progress that is slowly molding and changing into what i want. i was able to fab up the rear...

whew... i have some catching up to do. so... i got it put back together enough for a test run anyway. most of the bolts were tight, but one of the rearsets came loose. all in all it was a great maiden voyage. here is a video of the first run. after this run, i decided to take it apart...

completed rear sets. it wasnt easy in any way shape or form. i actually broke off a drill bit and went through a ton of bits drilling it out. ive been curious about my placement. it does feel good when im sitting on the bike. any thoughts?

bought these rear sets online for $80 made in china..... hope they last. i had to cut off the shafts that protruded about 1 1/2" then drill and tap 8mm mounting bolts. i bought the linkage for the rear sets from grainger, which is about 5 miles away. in the bottom picture, you can see...
