check float height and also check the o-rings on the valve and valve seat i had all kinda of problems with overflowing and it turned out to be all the o-rings were bad.

Glad to know i could help. Did you use the same flasher as me? if so make sure to check your blinkers periodically it wont do the fast flashing if one is out i found out last night when i checked mine and one was out.
