Alright modified im betting its your clutch that went bad. I pulled my starter out and it just has a chain that goes to the clutch that sits underneath the flywheel. Therein lies my problem because i dont have the proper tools to remove the flywheel. Im gonna see what i can do, but i doubt ill...

Have you tried taking a screw driver and making connection between the two bolts on the starter relay? (or just hooking a battery directly to the bolt coming out of the starter) This would rule out your starter switch.

yeah its all in there but thats gonna be a bit more work to take it out. Let me see if i can pull the starter, clutch, and chain out and ill get back to you on a price tomorrow. currently the bike cranks over nicely so i know all the parts are in working order.
