I've sort of stopped work on it until I can find someone willing to let me use their bandsaw for one of those damn cuts! As soon as I get that cut done, I'll have it finished within a few days after. Right now I'm moving, however, so the 125 is low on the priority list, haha. But fear not...

I'd like to only get one, if possible. I'm liking that y20 more and more, as it has a carb with it and only really seems to be missing speedo, headlight, and tank. Hunting down a header seems to be a real pain in the ass (it was the case with my 125)

Where would most of the money be? I wouldn't be dropping $100 on a cafe seat or power coating the frame, or adding rearsets or the like. I'd mostly be dumpster diving and just experimenting. And mopeds are awesome as well, but even shitty ones here go for unbelievably high amounts of money...

Love that seat! But you could theoretically just make that gap into more seat pad! But I must be old already.... 23 and I'm looking for excuses to make my bikes more comfortable ;D I moved my RSV mille's clip ons to the top of the forks yesterday too :(

I almost pulled the trigger on this myself (same rear wheel conversion) but I was just too leery on the handling. Does it handle like a freight train with that massive tire up front?

Clean those carbs, clean out the gas tank, make sure the floats aren't sunk (that was the problem with my bike, just shake 'em and listen for gas inside them) and make sure everything is SEALED (gaskets included) from the carbs to the head. Cool bike though, I REEEEEEEALLY want a twosmoke :(
