Hi and Welcome!
nice looking XS you have there!
so I am guessing that you don't have the keys to the tank/helmet lock either? so buying a new ignition switch is doable but probably not the best option, your best bet would be to goto a locksmith and have him create you a new one because they...
I'm using the same speedo and had the same issue with my xs750.. I threw two of these guys inline to keep the signals from acting like 4 ways.. worked perfect..

the only problem I see with selling on ebay is that there are a bunch of different fees involved using them.. but I guess that IS an option.
I don't understand what you are saying here? now why would a bike be only worth $500-$600 because someone can do their own work? the picture doesn't show...
that picture is not current actually, the bike is completely back together, headlight and side covers are on it. I just haven't had a chance to get a picture of it assembled yet. as of right now, no the bike isn't ready to ride home, but that's only because I pulled the carbs on it. whenever I...
I'll throw up some better pictures of the bike later. The bike is completely together now besides the carbs.
The bike is a 1979 CB750K and is the 10th Anniversary Limited Edition Model.

I believe that all the cb750's in that timeframe had the same airbox? my bike is a 79 cb750K LTD and I need the boots that connect the airbox to the carbs.. I need them to not be ripped or dry rotted.
thanks!

things I am looking for if you have them would be
-Hand Brake Master cylinder assembly
-Clutch Lever Assembly
-Headlight Assembly
-Exhaust if it is in good shape and cheap enough
I actually just created a whole facebook page dedicated to photo's I take while out on my Bike or bike related stuff!
https://www.facebook.com/motophoto1
here are a couple photos if anyone is interested...
I think you have a pretty nice bike here.. not trying to sound like a total jerk here.. but I think you are asking way too much for it.. good luck with the sale though.
Thanks! I love my triple, its a lot of fun, not the fastest bike by todays standards, but still has a lot of get up and go for sure!
thanks! its a fun hobby, that is one of my favorite shots as well!
