l've done to several bikes now...l build a tray just behind the gas tank under the seat...It gets pretty full .. u just take and lengthen all the wires you might have to use so of the tabs u cut off. but weld then back or use some rivets... takes time of course. but l so like the 'naked frame'...

Thanks Bill for the nice note and thoughts....yeah it's first bike that l'm asking $6500 for seems expensive but considering the parts n man hours l might wind up making $10 and hour...it was fun and exciting to build this bike and showing it...just missing lst place a couple times...no big...

After spending a year building my CB500F and showing it a some local shows, and receiving some of the nicest complaments ever this bike is now for sale...With all the cool ass custom shizz l put into this bike was woundering how to put a value on it...l have all the receipts and most of my time...

l'd grind all those crakes out and re glass....it's not that hard to do ...just a little frustrating that it didn't come out right the first...glass is easy to work with once you have it down just getting there is the had part

l scored on these for bikes 3 Honda mini's sold and trade...One CB400F 74 all cafe'd out in the mid 70's..Cool glass tank, seat, ol school drop bars, bored to 454, fat tires front and back, home made set, kinda junkie thou, l'll start a build thread in the neat future...So looking forward...

Here's pic of my new bike...paid a little to much for it ...but so wanted this cool Cafe from the 70's The PO built back in the day...A classic cafe ....now the rebuild starts again...this gets get a Copper n Black color scheme...It already bored out to a 454, fatter tires, some kind of shocks...
