I don't know, they are lower than what I wanted for my bike. I wanted some durable suspension for two up and minor off road. Switched to 14" ones a friend had.

They are rideable, had them cleared by a local mechanic when he did a once over on my bike, then I replaced them for a taller set.

Price Drop $40 for the bunch, willing to split up as well.

From the centre of each eye, they are 12.5". From end to end, 13.5".

they are the standard shocks that come on the bike. I will measure later today.

selling these lights and shocks off of my 76 CB550. CHeck you model, but I am pretty sure these are all interchangeable. $50 plus shipping takes it all, OBO shoot me an email!

can you post pics of the "goose egg" and inside? The damage will determine the price, whether it is actually safe to wear or will look cool on a shelf in a shop.....

where are you? are you interested in a straight sale? I have no good seat to offer in a trade, i do have a stock seat pan though....

welcome! i believe there are more canadians on do the ton, then over on SOHC. where in canada are you?

i have not done this before, but the thread was running cold so i thought i would comment. i did some searching and here is what i found. http://www.artfire.com/ext/shop/gallery_item/DesireMeNow/104098 you could also go with some dome snaps from a fabric store. i hope that helps....

really like this topic. trying to put a brat seat on my stock cb550, without adjusting any of the fender area. i think the idea posted by bradley may work nicely. any updates on your build? how did your seat turn out?
