Has good compression, carbs need cleaned/rebuilt, missing seat, side covers, chain, etc.
Nice rare Project bike. Good titled frame for a cb550k model to go with this bike.
Or go thru the red tape on getting the actual title.
Seat is a cm400 seat and I do have the carbs they are just not shown in the picture.
