    1973 cb500 build

that sprocket holder shouldn't be able to come loose on a 500/550. There should be a large screw in 'washer" like ring to hold it in place. Like this: has reversed thread by the way ;)

    74 cb750, First build.

hard parts about the 750 starter motor wires is that they are soldered in the starter, not bolted on like a GL1100 or so. So you'll have to extend the existing cable and solder a new piece on it ;)

    cb750 K2

yep, with the frame kit you can save yourself 2 days work of building engine in and out to work on head/cylinders for example. you can't even lift the valve cover on a stock frame, so you have a leaking gasket, you have to pull the engine.. and why blur the license plate? I only do that when...

    cb750 K2

just thought I'd share my latest build with you guys. After I finished my F2 (topic here somewhere) I bought a K2 2 years ago. Rode it for one summer as it was, just to see how good/bad it was. Turned out to be really reliable... so time for a modest rebuild... as I bought it: came with...

    xs650 hardtail

put the old girl on the lift today. fixed some broken tabs: the one that was holding the left footpeg broke of, it was just held on by one bolt and could be moved up and down welded the oil tank back to the studs in stead of the zip ties that were holding it up. made it rubbermounted as well...

    xs650 hardtail

After I had rebuild my CB750 F2 I was on the lookout for an XS650. CB750: and after: and you see my other CB 750K2 as well. Since I had two 750's on had to go because I really wanted an XS650. so sold the green one and bought this good base but has some work to it: - fit a...

    1977 Honda CB750 F2 brat: Finished?!

cheers ;) well the t3 failed on me as well! lost all of it's oil due to a crack in the oil filler neck which then resulted in a big bang, rods going through the engine and a big cloud! fortunatly all fixed now and back on the road again :)

    1977 Honda CB750 F2 brat: Finished?!

hey thx! the color is reseda green. And didn't ride the bike with the kinked line ;) I knew that ment trouble... But the bike is of the road for now. Had a leak on the head (the camshaft pucks) and when I took the cam out, saw it was really blue and totally out of spec. It also had a K head...

    1975 CB550F Brat Project

jep, lot's of things work with ground as a trigger, neutral light, oil light, clutch safety switch... but if you just ground the green red one at the solenoid (no need to run it to the bars) you can just run the yellow red one to the starter switch with a + offcourse ;)

    1975 CB550F Brat Project

you need to ground the greenred wire from the starter solenoid if you delete the clutch neutral switch thing. That's what I did anyways...
