No it was not. It was the 2 into 2. However, it was JUST the mufflers. I used stock headers. The mufflers mounted to the stock headers with ease!

So after some research and calling up my trusted OEM dealer, it turns out the difference between the two is that one is made by Toyo and the other by Denso. I was assured that they are interchangeable, but will try the 312, since it is in way better shape.
