Honestly, I don't think the motor has ever been rebuilt.

I did a test and found a leak. I repaired it but it was the same. I'll do another leak test and see what happens. Its freaking frustrating.

I cleaned out the carbs and its still the same...Does anyone else know what it can be?

The issue I am having is when I blip the throttle on my CB 360 the RPM goes up a bit higher than normal and won't go down for 2 or 3 seconds after I release the throttle. Any reasons why this is? I just rebuilt the carburetor.
