Well in case anyone else is wondering I heard back from Mark @ Probe:
The 9V battery connector that comes in the BT-05EL kit has a snap-type 9V rectangular battery connector at one end, and a 6-pin Molex Mini-Fit, Jr. connector at the other, so that it can plug into the control module at the...
Howdy all, wondering if anyone out there running a Probe (pamco?) ignition set up knows what the wiring is for the 9V battery hook-up? I got the bike used and it didn't come with the 9V connector - I assume it's simply a 2 wire connector that powers the box for static timing of the unit...
Good looking bike. Anxious to see the completed project.
For cleaning I have always used a rag soaked in goo-gone (http://googone.com/) and some elbow grease, as it's a citrus based cleaner and won't damage any of the o-rings. O-ring chains are the rubber o-rings built into the space between...
Re: '71 Honda CB350t cafe build
Looks like you're making good progress. I am working on a 350T at the moment so will be watching this thread, oh and totally jealous of your shop space.
Cheers!
A 750F I built
and a 900F

Currently working on a CB350 and another 985F without much to report as they are both in tear down mode. Some cool bikes in this thread so far and good to see some of the members of 1100F on here too.
Cheers!

Get a new flasher relay. If you're using the old one (silver original that came with the bike) get rid of it. Cut the wires and re-wire the ends with female spade connectors to work with a new flasher relay. Had the same issue on my GT with newer signals.
Good luck!

Had a problem with the dual exhaust and the kickstand as well as the position of the rearsets so I opted for a new 4 into 1 V&H unit and made some cool mounting brackets on my friends plasma machine:
Starting on the bodywork, my least favorite part of the builds:
then off to a friends...
So while the frame, swingarm and wheels were off to get powdercoated I started on the engine:
Entire bike theme is black and gold as per the customers request.
Back from powedercoating, tires mounted and re-assembly begins:
Outside for some shots - you can also see my frankenbike 985F...
