I just figured out the preload settings on the front forks, it dropped my front end about an inch. Here is a picture of mine, I went for more of a brat style so my girl could come along for the ride.

Did you cut the springs in your forks? Your front end seems lower than mine.

I am running Uni pods and an old Hooker 3 into one muffler. Oddly enough I didn't need to rejet. I picked up a XS750 tank (I think, Could be something else) did you not have to trim down the front tank mounts? Mine are much too wide.
