195 main and needle clip one slot lower than middle. 25 pilot. and air screw just past 1.5 turns out. bp8es spark plug (1 colder than stock)

same an old 130/90-16 just came off mine. it rode fine. I replaced with a 120/90-16 only cause the tire I wanted did not come in that size. I went with a Bridgestone trailwing.

very interested in this, my commute is only about 3 miles. but most of it is 55mph 4 lane. your battery capacity would be overkill for my application. but would be nice to have to Zip up to speed, get to the office and plug in to charge. Keep us posted!

check the vent hoses. look for a leak. these were super finicky if one of the vents was off. Look for the T vent mod.
