I have just looked at the entire thread el barto posted. I'm pretty rural so going to pop into a farm supplies and see if they have milkstone remover in stock. That sounds like a simple solution.

I will pick up vinegar and screws to give that a go. If it works I'll be well chuffed.

    Standard foot rest with clipons?

How uncomfortable is riding a CB350 with standard foot pegs and clipons? I have seen a few with the standard foot pegs and also with rear sets. I would be looking to purchase slipstream billets rear sets because they make best use of the existing brake rod and rear light and brake switch. I...

Sadly my days of being out every weekend on the mtb are over. The odd session around Cannock is squeezed in now and again. I've already run into problems with the paint later idea. I want to install head sets and bush's in the frame. These are best done after paint. I hope to borrow a welder...

There is no chance I will tackle the pain myself. I was going to have a go at painting the tank myself however I just don't have the patience to achieve a decent finish. I will check spoke tension and make sure the wheels are trued before sending to the coaters though because that's a really...

Compatable CJ360 and CB350 top tree

I have a CB350 with snapped top tree and I have found a CJ360 top tree for sale. From my research I believe that the two are compatable but don't want to leave it to chance if some one could confirm it before I make the online purchase. Many thanks Dave

That's brilliant advice and I will of course update on the progress. I've decided to pick up a mig and try the frame welding myself.

Thanks beachcomber I had asked this question elsewhere on here to be told not to powder coat built wheels. After seeing these I'm going to go ahead and have them done along with the frame. Of course in boring black
