I should also say I've been riding it all winter and it started bogging down at 4-5 rpm, losing almost all power. Seemed to be getting worse.

Hi there, Not sure this is a carb problem but the bike is revving great from idle when I pull throttle very gently but fast throttlekills it and it ends up flooded. New plugs at Clymer manual gap spec, valves at factory setting, new oil, strong battery. Any ideas? http://youtu.be/eQX9sFJARag

SOLVED! Wow what a lifesaver. I owe you one. Rerouted the wiring that's coming from the timing box and zipped down free of the clutch cable. Runs like a dream now. Very grateful for the help. All my best, Ethan

Some things to add: no switch in the clutch lever housing, although there is on some models. Disconnected the neutral light switch wiring that comes out of the clutch case, still having the same problem. Pretty puzzled

Anyone have a moment? I'm stuck on the 520 on-ramp shoulder. Bike starts and runs fine in neutral but pulling the clutch kills it pretty instantly. Took a video: http://youtu.be/9YZiDOEjA7s Any thoughts?? Best wishes, Ethan
