Rust Revival Spring Thaw 2015 - Official Thread

Ha! I used to love camping before the Army, but I was cured of that when I joined up. Even when we had the cots in those huge tents and I no longer had to sleep in a bag on the ground in a pup tent, I was over it! I hate brushing my teeth with water from a canteen and washing with baby wipes...

Rust Revival Spring Thaw 2015 - Official Thread

Bummer! I actually won custody of the motorcycle trailer and can borrow a truck so I could haul the little CB125, but there's no where to stay. I DO NOT camp since I left the Army. Maybe I can stop by for few hours one day.

    CB125 Headlight Needed

I could use some help locating a replacement headlight for my 1974 CB125. My Honda has been rewired with 12 volts and the current headlight is 5 3/4" round, is not sealed, and uses an HS1 35W bulb. I also need to find some headlight brackets. I can't seem to find a headlight that meets these...

Thanks, Dewey! I appreciate the offer anyway. Mods & Rockers snuck up on me this year. I hope I can get a trailer and a truck of my own by next year.

    Hi Y'all From Kentucky

Thanks for the welcomes! I found my 200cc Lifan engine on Craig's List a couple years ago. A guy in a nearby town here in KY was going to pop it into his bike, but he said he never got around to fixing up his bike so he was selling the engine. Got a pretty good deal on it. I never found out...

    Hi Y'all From Kentucky

Thanks Rich Ard! Glad to be aboard. Just heard the podcast. My Honda, with its 200cc engine, will run comfortably at speeds around 60-65 mph. When my Honda had its original 125cc engine the speed maxed out at 55 mph. Last year, thanks to the new engine, I was able to get the Honda up to 75 mph...

    Hi Y'all From Kentucky

Hi! I'm new to the forum! I have a 1974 Honda CB 125 with a 200cc Chinese engine popped in. I have been riding my motorcycle for about 2 1/2 years, but I grew up in the country riding scooters, four-wheelers, dirt bikes, street bikes, or any other junk bike that would run. When I moved to the...

    Queen City Mods & Rockers - June 7 2014

Woo-hoo! Can't wait! I'll be there helping to sell pin-up calendars to raise money for charity, in addition to being in the pinup contest! I hope to be able to ride my CB-125 again this year. Last year was so much fun!
