You can delete your "push" (safety for if your spring breaks)cable if you want. As long as you trust your spring on the throttle bracket and know how to kill your bike you dont need it. Many members including myself just run the pull cable. Warning though if your return spring breaks it'll be...

Ok my mind is blown Matt. Great write up on exhaust systems. Im not pretending to understand most of it but it was very interesting. Had no idea most custom bike builds ive seen have a good looking but a poorly functioning system haha.
