TolChock, Thanks for the input. I have read that the CB650's do have a problem with pods. I think I will be going another route unless I get antsy and decide to mess with the carbs. I def. want performance. I appreciate the heads up!

Man that thing is Sweet. Good to see a 650 on here. I am converting my 84 CB650 as well and was wondering where you hid the battery or am I just not seeing it clearly?

What size were the pods you put on your CB650? I am looking for a set for my 84 CB650.

Very Nice start. I am in the process of doing a 1984 CB650 into a cafe racer. Not much info out here about that paticular model. Good luck and looking good!
