    bottom. Inside has alittle surface rust, nothing i think is scary, id throw some vinegar in it for a bit. One side i couldnt get off with my had (if it comes off?), if i can find a rubber mallet ill try it, im guessing its the same as the other though.

    Re: Ground Resistance - Paint Continues! I llike it so far. Not sure if youve finished up the tail or not, but if not i would paint your bolts copper or blob some weld on them and grind alittle to make them look not like new bolts.

    i use oil based paint to make sure it 'sticks' brushing it on in various directions and 'dry brush' for age. wash once alone for the flake off and good to go. Dickies that are NEW have stain resistant stuff, so that vespa shirt lasted about a year before needing redone. THe used redkap...

    bp - great idea, i like it as long as the seat will be thick enough to sit comfortably. i wonder if to lock the rear quickly, some spring buttons would work, like on pop up tents etc... amazon has em. "snap buttons" this place has all the sizes and kinds explained...
