I don't ever post but I have to say Damn that was a steal anyways what does the wiring harness look like ? My cb400t seemed to just snap together other then the turn signals
I would imagin that all the tanks from that year and style of frame would fit right ? The one on there now is rusted and dented to hell like some one took a hammer to it
i think that i will lower it after i get the new tires and rims painted if needed i also did not think that the bike would weigh it down too. but i am only 117 pounds so i don't know how much that will make a difference :D Thank you for all the reply's i will only lower it about an inch i think
Well the bike is being put together right so there is not a good view but I measured out the hight and it was 3 inches lower to get it to the spot I want
Well i want to lower my front forks but i am not sure how much i can. i have a 78 hawk and it feels like its way to high in the front and i want to lower it to a more aggressive looking stance but how much can i lower it before its usless ?
So I decided to spray paint my bike and I striped it of all the paint and sanded smooth and cleened it with mineral spirits and I get this blotchy texture as seen in the picture ? I have no idea what I am doing wrong it's vht frame paint.it's supposed to be flat black

From what I have read the Honda hawk is not exactly the best at preformace either way. But yes I am going for looks it was a 300 dollar bike and I am 15 so I don't need to go fast and I can't drive it for half a year anyways
Well last night I found out it was a stuck float valve and she runs :D I thought the guy why lying when he pulled the "it ran last time I started it story" but I think I may just sell it because the title issue
Thank you for the help is there any brand that's worth looking at with the similar style fat tires ? This bike will probably never see the road being that this is my first bike it has no title and I am 15 i am just trying to take it as far as I can with 700$
Ok I really like these tires and I know I have 18R and 19F wheels but no idea if they make a models that has the right width :( for the life of me I can't figure this out this is my first post and thank you for any help :D
