Well it all lights up. Blinkers just stay solid so I installed an electronic flasher relay and now I'm going to check all my ground wires. The ground have to be on BARE metal or does it not make a difference?

Nice! Hope mine turns out looking as good as yours. How did you mount it in the bike, just use the sticky or the little brackets that came with it? I'm sure that's how I blew a fuse lol. I am not a fan of wiring so thanks for the imput.

Well I got the wires sorted out except for 2 black ones. One from each blinker. Are they the ground? If so do I just ground them to the frame? I blew the main fuse when i tried testing the blinkers so gotta go get a few more as well

I had the same sort of problem. I had a vacuum leak around the rubber boots for the carbs. You can check by spraying carb cleaner at the base of each carb where the rubber boot connects. If the bike revs up then you have a leak Due to old rubbers or not connected well. Also check your timing...
Im trying to hook up the LED integrated taillight and I have a few questions. They all boil down to how do I install it to the stock wires of my 77 cb750f. I know what each color represents but the LED wires are a much smaller gauge. I also am unsure what the best way to connect them are...
Why is there such a price difference with a carb rebuild kit from a place like dime city cycles as apposed to to one from ebay? Product quality or that it's coming from Japan?
Re: Idles fine dies with throttle
I've checked the plugs and they seem to be fine. I borrowed a timing light and adjusted the 1-4 F mark. I have new rubbers so no vacuum leak. And I've torn the carbs apart multiple times. It's still doesn't want to run without choke. So I'm going to get a...
Well after starting a new job I some time to put new intake boots on and it idles much better. Still bogging when I hit the thottle. I'm going to turn my screws out to 1 1/2 from 1 1/4 see if that will change anything. As well as checking my sparkplug to see if they are black or wet.

I have a 77 cb750f and my blinkers stay solid. So I bought a electronic flasher relay from autozone EP35 and they won't light up at all. At least with the old relay they would be solid. The only thing I can think is that it's a three prong and the old one is just a two pronger. Do I need to...
Pulled the seat off my 77 cb750f. Doing a brat style so I don't need it and trying to get money to buy intake boots. The seat has some wear ( see pics) $150. Shipping from FL. It is also for sale locally.
Its not hard at all there are just some small parts to make sure you hold on to. I cleaned mine out and all was well. Getting to the little ball is tedious.
