    Clip-on question

    Yes, as long as they are 7/8 clip ons. If your clubman bars are wired internally, you'll have to drill holes in the bottom of your switch housings to run the wires out of.

    Help! 78' cb 750k melted wire

    Same thing happened to me a few years ago. Ended up being a broken wire from the alternator. I would re-wire from there, and replace the rectifier and regulator with an all in one solid state unit. Less hassle, and reliable.

    Starter issue

    I'm not 100% sure on the 350-4. But the starter motor has teeth on it that mesh with another gear, which in turn meshes with the flywheel. Take the starter out, shouldn't take but a few minutes, and take a look at the starter, and the gear set. If the starter spins, the problem should stick out...

    hand sand those areas down, they aren't that bad. Hone the cylinders, fresh rings, gaskets and seals, and fire that bad boy up, you'll be replacing a cam chain or primary chains before it ever leaks again.
