    '74 CB383 (CB360) - a Mighty Mouse adventure bike

I weld for a living but for some reason that scares me. Did it warp? Are you using a 110 welder? I am planning on riding my 360 to sturgis from WI this summer so I too want to put some miles on her.

Like that tank work. I have cl360 in the works which needs a new tank. I have a nice cb350 tank but it just looks small. Did you just tack weld it on the outside?

    cb 360 cafe seat

I made this pan this summer out of .080 aluminum for my suzuki and am thinking of sending the bike down the road. The pan is 24 inches long, 7.5 inches wide at the front and tapers back to about 10 inches. Pad is removeable, made of carpet underlayment and bar stool vinyl with an aluminum skid...

Suzuki GS1000gl bogging out when in gear and accelerating?

Peter you're the best! Now that I can actually take the suzuki for a ride I am at bliss. I was meaning to make a front fork brace and it kinda slipped my mind. Luckily there is a whole pile of half inch aluminim out in the scrap bin at work and might take a walk over this afternoon and grab...

Suzuki GS1000gl bogging out when in gear and accelerating?

It was mentioned that the motor probably had a big bore kit or other mods done to it due to the amount of power it has. Considering the fact that I'm running close to a 200 main jet with minor top range fouling I kind of have to agree when the stock motor plus pods calls for a 125 main jet. If...

Suzuki GS1000gl bogging out when in gear and accelerating?

No valve adjustment was done, they seemed to be more interested in keeping my bike there as long as possible to rack up the bill. I put over 300 miles on her today and even though I am aware my jetting job was pretty backwoods and it's getting too much gas now, it ran great! Headin north tomorrow.
