    That one part........

What is that one part that has got you stuck on your rebuild project? I am curious to see what people are getting stuck with Mine currently is a clutch basket for a Ducati 750 GT, While N.O. S. ones are somewhat available paying through the nose for them @ 362.00 just makes me want to fire...

    Ducati people... What's it worth?

74 should make it a wide case 350, unless it was built in Spain. Sebrings aren't super sought after and the desmo stuff really was only built in Italy. How are custom seats attached to the frame?

What kind of adhesive do you use? How does it hold up, I used some 3m panel adhesive on a tail section and you can now see the line where the steel strap is.

    Old sealer removal

Kleen Strip gel works awesome, you want any paint stripper with Methylene Chloride, the old liners come off really quickly. To help it throw some old sections of motorcycle chain in there. I actually just stripped one two nights ago, only took about 45 min. the old liner came out in chunks

Engine Soda Blast after Sand Blasting

I would try Glass bead...

Dinged top of mating surface of cylinder

As long as the bore of the gasket is outside of those "dings" there shouldn't be a gasket issue. As for removing cylinder liners it is really tough to do @ home, You would be better off letting a machine shop handle that. Most sleeves are pressed into a heated block with an interference fit...
