Simple style seat but, mounting brackets were fun especially when I was just going from dimensions without the bike in front of me. Customer also wanted cowl reinforced in case someone happened to lean on it while it was parked...the entire seat was also mad out of 16g steel. Should be sturdy...

ok, I running foam pods on my bike. rejetted with 110 mains and adjusted floats to about 19-20mm . 22mm is the factory setting which the bike barely stayed at idle. I am planning on running uni pods on my 550. It also has a 4into 2 mac exhaust on it. WHat would be a good starting size for jets? I have 38 pilots and 100 mains in it now. I was thinking 40 pilots and 110 mains?
